Description

Offering thrust forces to 25100N, strokes to 1.6m and an ISO80 compatible flange, the ETH080 electric cylinders close the gap to pneumatic/hydraulic actuators, offering a suitable replacement with the benefits of greater control and increased reliability Product Overview The ETH080 series 'High Force' electric cylinders are ballscrew-driven rod-style linear actuators that offer minimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for reliable positioning in all industrial applications. Compared to other fluidpower-based cylinders these electric cylinders add programmability, the option of closed loop control, plus high thrust force, high durability and a long service life to your application. An electromechanical system such as the ETH electric cylinder offers an economical solution thanks to its high power density and long service life, minimizing the initial and maintenance costs. The ETH080 electric cylinders have dimensions and fixings according to ISO 15552-12, offer thrust forces up to 25100 N and travel lengths up to 1600 mm. The standard central lubrication port helps minimise both maintenance costs and machine downtime. A range of rod end configurations and mounting options provide the flexibility to integrate these electric cylinders into most customer applications. Sensors and cables are directly immersed into a groove in the ETH profile, ensuring a smooth surface for easy cleaning and safe handling. Parker offers complete drive systems including motor and drive for industrial applications and for ATEX environments.
