Porter Model 111 Mass Flowmeters (MFM's) accurately measure flow rates of a wide variety of gases from 0-5 SCCM to 0-10 SLPM nitrogen for operating pressures up to 1500 PSIG. The Model 111 MFM's provide a linear flow signal output proportional to a calibrated flow rate and are available with D-connector or card edge PC board electrical connectors. These MFM's are of stainless steel construction & several elastomer materials are offered to ensure material compatibility with the process fluid.
