Absolute pre-bending precision is one of the main feature of our PCO roll. All three rolls are moving independently one from the other, the lower rolls move on a horizontal axis, the upper roll moves on a vertical axis. In this way it is possible to adjust the distance between the bending points and roll either big thickness and small thickness plates. The PCO machine gives you the possibility to prebend perfectly any plate, working “like a press” and always maintain the plate horizontal allowing to run the rolling operations in complete safety. The machine is also equipped of last generation brakes that avoid any plate slipping. The peculiar geometry of the PCO roll makes it possible to bend big thickness plates just increasing the distance between the lower rolls, in this way it is possible to have a heavy duty machine with a smaller structure compared to a traditional 3 or 4 roll plate bending roll. Plus the PCO machine need limited foundations even for big thickness plates due to the reduced working height.
