The MV-8 Series manual sampling valve is designed for use in high purity semiconductor applications, and is also ideally suited for ultra-pure water or aggressive chemicals. The design utilizes a machined PTFE body with precision machined seat and diaphragm sealing areas. A one piece machined modified PTFE diaphragm is also utilized for excellent flexibility and life. The valve incorporates a full flow through port with a low dead volume down leg. The purge port option makes this the valve of choice for valve manifold boxes and distribution systems.
FEATURES:
* One piece precision machined diaphragm manufactured from the latest technology modified PTFE. Provides over five times the flexural life as compared to conventional PTFE. Benefits are high cycle life, lower replacement costs and less downtime
* Full flow through port reduces pressure drop
* Purge port option allows system maintenance downstream of valve without disrupting main flow
