This system uses 316SS on one cart and PVDF and Teflon on the other cart to accommodate most uses.
Sub-fill with tracking, top-fill, bottom fill options are selected from HMI.
Wraparound conveyor (shown) allows a one operator to perform all tasks in less time by reducing the distance walked during each fill cycle.
Machine can be customized with multiple non-disconnectable fill carts. This enables the operator to continue filling with one cart while cleaning and preparing the other cart(s) for the next batch.
