The ROTO-CAB washers are designed for the spray cleaning with water-base cleaning liquids using the same operational principle of the ROTO-JET washers but with complete enclosure and front loading by means of folding door or air operated vertical door and load platform. They are used in the production lines for single or wash-rinse-dry multi-stage processes with fully automatic cycle controlled by PLC and forced ventilation at the end of the cleaning cycle for vapour exhaust. A gearmotor posed upperside drives the platform acting on the external perimeter of it to prevent shocks even with heavy loads. ROTO-CAB WR washers are equipped with two separate tanks, filters accessible from the outside and two spray systems, completely independent. A valve, specially designed, prevents the mixing of the wash and rinse liquids. A box of exclusive design on the right-hand side of the machine contains the electric equipment and the PLC. The control panel is inclusive of a digital display and four programs to select the cycles and to set the times. Further facilities are also included for diagnosis of faults, auto fill, heating up timer and more.
