Inflatable Actuators The expanding Pneuma-Seal moves and repositions other components which exert pressure to actuate switching devices, to open and close air or hydraulic passages, or to clamp mechanical components. In a typical application, the inflatable actuator effects the desired motion and mechanical springs return the components to their normal open or closed position.
