When coupled with a properly balanced Paxton Blower System, the Stainless Steel Air Knives provide perfect solution for food cleaning and package and bottle drying areas. The robust 316 stainless steel construction will survive even the harshest of detergents that generally break down aluminium components. Air knives have a 0.01375 cm gap setting and come in custom lengths ranging from 7.5 - 360 cm.
