Equipment is composed by two modules: microprocessor based
control unit and operator's touch screen.
Touch screen installed in front door of machine electric control
cabinet, the control module is installed inside that cabinet. Thus,
installation reliability is improved.
Multi-control: a unique touch screen shows the information from different control units - one for each dosing system -. It is very useful
when there are several bagging machines together (example, several valve bag baggers in line).
Even the user touch screen can be deleted if another touch screen is already installed in the bagging machine (example, a operation
parameters screen). Then, the weight software is loaded in that existing screen, and both weight and machines operation are controlled
from a common touch screen (selection of functions is done via the menu).
Accuracy: latest technology analogical-digital converter (ADC) to work with 6000 accuracy divisions at high speed. It is very useful to
guarantee small weight divisions (example, to control gross weight scales with big tare).
User friendly: configurable screen, user friendly and direct access. User friendly by the operator.
Data register and software update via USB by means of a pen drive.
Ethernet connection: to do fast and low cost maintenance jobs (After Sales Technical Service).
Internet connection could be also available.
