Hevi-Rail® Bearing Systems are the lightweight and low-cost solution for jobs with extremely high axial and radial load requirements. This is achieved by an economical assembly and durable bearing components which are easily interchangeable.

The outer races of the HEVI-RAIL® bearings feature the high radial capacity of a heavy-duty roller bearing. Built within this outer bearing at 90 is an inner bearing that handles axial or side loads. This simple design eliminates the need for two or more cam follower type bearings mounted in opposite directions. It requires fewer components and will operate in a smaller space.

As a result, HEVI-RAIL® saves valuable floor space, time in assembly, and money. Its long life bearings and economical assemblies make it an ideal solution for custom lift units, lift trucks, and heavy load applications in the aerospace, paper, steel and coil industries. The rollers come pre-installed for easy installation. The Hevi-Rail® system includes: combined bearings, profile rails, clamp flanges, and flange plates.
