Redi-Rail™ Linear Guide Systems are precision engineered for overall speed and accuracy. Achieving speeds up to 26.2 ft/sec ( 8m/s), Redi-Rail™ maintains a running parallelism within ±.001 inches (0.25mm) over the entire length of the rail up to 19 feet.

Redi-Rail™ linear rail systems are an excellent solution for a wide range of applications including: cut-off machines, packaging equipment, pick-and-place automation, and guard door slides. The drawer slides are designed for rugged duty such as: battery racks, tool shelves, ATM machines, and truck inventory systems.
This strong, lightweight and cost effective alternative uses a 6061-T6 extruded aluminum rail with hardened steel raceways, sealed double ball bearings, and customizable seals.
