ID 2 - 195 mm PBC Linear

PBC Linear's Polymer Bearing Compound E is a thermoplastic compound comprised of PBT polymer matrix reinforced with synthetic fibers and modified with triboadditives. Polymer linear bushings made with compound E offer very cost effective sliding performance under moderate operational conditions. These linear bushings are self lubricating, offering virtually no maintenance. Designed to be press fit into housings, they are an economical solution to linear applications ranging from medical equipment to textiles and material handling. Polymer linear bearings are suitable for radial loads and simultaneously acting axial loads. A compact package, they require little radial and axial space and in addition to linear travel allow oscillating and rotational movement. State-of the-art injection-molding technology allows PBC to maintain the critical dimensional tolerances crucial for precision fits.
