Low profile Redi-Rail® has a miniscule 19 mm profile and thrives in tight spaces where other linear guides cannot fit! Composed of a lightweight aluminum anodized rail with hardened steel races for strength, Low-Profile Redi-Rail can handle relatively heavy loads up to 110 lbs. Low-profile Redi-Rail linear guide is perfect for material transfer in automated beverage kiosks, small-scale cabinetry guidance and any place requiring precision linear motion within a confined area. NOTE: Rails and Carriages must be ordered as individual items below. Available in lengths up to 3 m (10 ft) Handles loads up to 489 N (110 lb) Hardened steel or 440 stainless steel gothic arch rollers and shaft raceways for high accuracy travel Sealed double row gothic arch roller bearings Precision machined rail for high parallelism - Shaft raceways parallel within 0.050 mm (02 in) Rail straightness +/-0.5. mm/300mm (+/-02 in/foot) Compact overall rail/carriage system height of 19 mm (0.750 in) Standard 3048mm (10 ft) lengths which are end join-able for longer lengths Optional slide oil impregnated lube pad wipers for self-lubrication of shaft raceways on rail Operating temperatures up to 80C (176F) Corrosion resistant version available
