Linear Slide Technology excels in harsh, contaminated environments and handles heavy loads. Choose from modular components, low profile slides, and high profile slides. The basic configuration consists of Simplicity® pillow blocks and a support rail assembly. The system can be built -up to include: parallel rails, top and bottom plates, and screw drives. Screw drives can be fitted with a hand crank, hand wheel, or a motor mount bracket for standard NEMA motor attachment. Modular components are ideal where the customer desires more flexibility in spacing, going with either a single rail or spacing parallel rails further apart than a catalog system is specified. The low profile systems provide the same benefits and basic configurations of the standard high profile slides, but are a good solution where space constraints are an issue.
