VBG® wavelength stabilization can be applied to laser diode arrays of any power or wavelength. The improvement in the emission characteristics is the same as in the case of single emitters. The geometry and dimensions of VBG® stabilized diode arrays are comparable to standard diode arrays.
Our standard VBG® stabilized diode arrays include 20 and 40 watt devices emitting at 794 nm, 795nm, and 808 nm (20W or 40W). Please inquire about other choices.
