The Pearson Model RPC-MX Robotic Palletizing Cell is the solution for your end-of-line palletizing needs. Each RPC-MX Robotic Palletizing Cell is custom designed for your project requirements and plant layout, but they all feature a multi-axis articulated arm robot, which provides the ultimate in flexibility and reliable operation. With fast, pre-programmed changeovers and customizable end-of-arm tooling, the RPC-MX can easily palletize a variety of different products and pallet patterns. Plus, as your needs change, the RPC-MX changes with you.

The RPC-MX receives product from a conveyor system and picks & places the product on a pallet in a specified pack pattern. A single floor mounted multi-axis articulated arm robot can palletize up to four different product lines depending on the configuration. Or, if your require additional capacity, the RPC-MX can be configured with a rail system,
which will allow you to palletize multiple lines with a single robot.
