The BROWN SN 650 enlarges the Pedrazzoli's band saw range: this new twin column model can cut from 45° right up to 60° left, the vice position adjusts automatically to bow movement and band saw blade tensioning is carried out hydraulically. Thanks to a band development of 6220 x 41 x 1,3 mm it can cut at 0° up to 480 mm (round) - 450 mm (square) - 440 x 650 mm (rectangular). The standard version is already complete with inverter, allowing to reach different speeds from 18 to 90 m/min and so cut different types of metals. The control software is developed in-house by our R&D Dept and has 2 controlled axes: the bow descent speed and bow rotation.
