This horizontal NC table has a faceplate with a minimum diameter of 100 mm. Its axis rotates horizontally and it has a load capacity of 80 kg. The bearing diameter is 120 x 70 mm and the maximum center bore diameter is 35 mm. The worm gear ratio is 36, the drive torque is 3 Nm, the unit has a weight of 26 kg, and it operates at a maximum of 80 revolutions per minute (rpm). The horizontal NC table can hold a maximum axial load of 2,000 N, has a maximum mass moment of inertia at 1.4 kgm2, a maximum tilting moment at the axis of rotation at 200 Nm, and a maximum clamping pressure of 63 bar/6 bar. The maximum tangential toque without clamping is 110 Nm while it is 150 Nm/80 Nm when the clamping is actuated. The clamping is is either pneumatic or hydraulic. The AWU trunnion table series with a horizontal (longitudinal) rotary axis and vertical (standing) faceplate are available for machining large workpieces as well as for heavy-duty metal cutting. The drive is realized with a set of worm wheels. On request, we can supply an additional gear belt reducer. The design basis around the largest possible YRT bearing. For the greatest possible rigidity, additional support bearings are available on the rear side of the housing. The cast housing is designed with thick walls and strong ribs.
