Tilting rotary indexing table PEISELER

Peiseler two-axis table combinations are available as NC units with backlash adjustable split worm drive, direct drive, or indexing units positioning over Hirth gears. The trunnion axis (A-axis) turns (tilts) the table axis (C-axis). The high quality Meehanite-casting, distortion free axis clamping, manifolds with hardened steel shaft running in bronze bushings, as well as the appropriate selection from several types of high grade bearings, assures the highest possible precision. Diverse gear ratios or gear reducers allow for the optimal adaptation to any load condition. The use of very accurate measuring systems in combination with a high mechanical accuracy, results in only a few seconds of arc positioning deviation. The robust design enables simultaneous five axis machining even under heavy machining load. Special face plates, pallet-receivers, collets, and large through holes are available or can be designed to meet customer requirements.
