Centrifugal transfer pump

TURBINE PUMPS
It's design mixes the centrifuge principle and the principle of positive displacement. The propelling turbine, is a solid disc for axial compressor. This turbine is located inside a chamber with a circular channel on both sides. The fluid that enters through the aspiration nozzle is carried to the exit nozzle and along the way due to the centrifuge force the fluid is driven to the outer channel similar to repeated levels of compression in a centrifuge pump.
APLICATIONS:
- For any use where average flows and relatively high pressures are required.
- Controlling Draft.
- Condensed return.
- Pumping of: Gasoline, queroseno, hydrocarbons in general, butane, propane (in liquid form), chemical products.
- High Risk Systems.
- Fumigation.
- Dry Cleaners.
- Food Factories.
- Car - Washes.
- To wash filtrate meshes.
ADVANTAGES:
- Smaller size and lower cost, compared to other devices.
- Flows with variable manometric heights.
- Pumping of hot liquids.
- It can operate with fluid containing up to a 20% of gasses or fumes
- Reversible operation.
- It does not vaporize liquids close to its temperature of boiling.
- Simplicity of design and maintenance.
- It does not generate axial loads on the bearings.
- Unloading of the liquid vein without pulsations.
- It supports blows and battering ram.
