Plastic expanding rivets are ideal fastening parts for all mounting methods, particularly for blind assemblies
Its special form makes it possible to connect materials of different thickness with the same plastic
expanding rivet. Its mechanical properties remain also unchanged within the minimum and maximum temperature span applicable to the related synthetic material. For polyamide this temperature span lies between -40°C to +120°C.
The plastic expanding rivet is supplied with a pre-pressed pin for all references, which are marked "*".
Further references upon request. The pre-pressed pin reduces substantially the force necessary
when hitting the rivet into the cavity and thus also permits the assembly of sensitive and thin materials. In this case the rivet can be fixed using a mallet.
