This new transfer system ensures a positioning accuracy of ± 10 µm, with cycle times down to 0.5 seconds. Its extremely wear-resistant workpiece carrier positioning system provides high repeatability levels over the entire service life of the MicRohCell® modular unit. The resulting consistently high quality and minimum defect rates, in conjunction with the re-usability of all modules, will maximize your cost-efficiency.
