Description

Ring style proximity switches are fitted with a coil in a way that the switch gets activated on the detection of a metallic object inside the circumference of the ring.

The typical applications include detection and counting of small metal parts that are passed through the ring proximity sensor and detects both ferrous (FE) and nonferrous (NFE) metals.
