Climbing scaffolding
KGF 240, KG 180
PERI
Safety and flexibility at all heights
PERI climbing scaffold can be adjusted to suit any building shape. Even during unusual applications, the KGF 240 and KG 180 systems provide extremely high levels of safety and flexibility at any height. Crane time is saved when transporting the units because of the fixed connection to the formwork.
The KGF 240 und KG 180 climbing scaffold systems serve as framework brackets for supporting the wall formwork.
With the KGF 240 system, the articulated joints are attached to the brackets via a carriage with rack, RSS push-pull props and AV kicker braces. The formwork can be retracted by approx. 75 cm which provides a completely safe working environment. The platform is 2.40 m wide.
With the KG 180, the articulated joints are attached to the brackets by means of a locating shoe plus accessories, as well as RSS push-pull props and AV kicker braces. The platform is only 180 m wide and the formwork is simply tilted.
Due to the platform being positioned on top, the PERI climbing scaffold bracket offers two important advantages:
Non-trip scaffold platform
This means comfortable and safe working conditions both in front of and behind the formwork.
Pre-assembly of the platforms
Assembly work can be carried out easier and faster in the yard or assembly workshop.
