Safe working with Chlorinated Hydrocarbons - These plants are modern, fully sealed vacuum systems where virtually no solvent escapes during operation. - All important components of the plant are accommodated within a sealed casing. - Due to the construction of the machine, no exhaust air is produced so that no yearly checks by any industrial supervisory board is required. A measuring instrument for monitoring and recording (printer) is available. However, the plant carries out automatic monitoring even if no measuring instrument is installed. - The patented PERO cooling technology also contributes to the fact that this plant series is the optimum solution in terms of emission rates and solvent consumption. - The dirt washed off the work pieces is deposited in sealed filters which are dried automatically. The filtered matter is removed in an odorless state. If a change-over filter is used, the plant need not be shut down for filter maintenance. The smallest filter unit available is a 5-µ-filter. (.2 micron inch.) - For the PLC, a S7-300 system with very convenient programs is used. All parameters can be freely selected. The plant comes with a cycle counter and an operating hour counter.
