Vacuum gauge
2000 series
Pfeiffer Vacuum
Active gauges are a combination of one or more sensor head(s) with miniature on-board electronics. This simplifies the application of these gauges as the user only needs to provide a supply voltage to run the gauge which gives the pressure signal as a voltage or serial link output. These gauges are well suited for PC or PLC controlled vacuum systems without the need for a dedicated gauge controller.
The SERIES 2000 comprises the classical thermal (Pirani principle) and ionisation gauges (both cold and hot cathode), an innovative quartz crystal gauge as well as a range of capacitance diaphragm gauges. These instruments provide pressure measurement from atmospheric pressure down to ultra high vacuum.
Two gauge controllers complement this product family providing a digital readout of the pressure or - with a cutting edge graphical colour display - pressure over time charts or pseudo analog pressure indication.
