PFLITSCH PIK Trunking – trunking even for individual cables
The PIK Trunking eradicates the disadvantages of conventional installation systems. Its galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel body and cover form a torsionally stiff and enclosed trunking system which can be opened along its entire length. Cables – including assembled cables – can be inserted easily and do not have to be laboriously pulled through, as is the case when routing them in pipes, for example.
With ten practical cross-sections from 15 mm x 15 mm to 200 mm x 60 mm, the PIK offers optimal space for routing both individual lines and large volumes of cables through machines and systems. Together with the PIK accessory fittings, this results in completely enclosed trunking for all conventional routing sections with X/Y/Z co-ordinates. The comprehensive edge protection, freedom from burrs in the trunking and special angle couplers ensure that cable sheaths are not damaged even in vibrating environments. The high-quality plastic cable protection ensures safe cable outlets in the case of lateral opening sections. End caps elegantly seal the PIK.
Toothed stainless steel couplers optimally secure the trunking parts to each other and ensure potential equalisation according to VDE. The PIK Trunking is installed using pre-punched elongated holes or with practical retaining clips.
