Increasing electro-magnetic radiation and the growing sensitivity of electronic components necessarily bring about cable glands playing an important role in a system's screening concept. They help machines to produce trouble-free and at the speed required. In the production series UNI Dicht and blueglobe, we offer various solutions for the special field of application on hand.
The new blueglobe TRI is currently the one and only EMC cable gland that separates sealing and EMC screening from each other, thus attaining maximum damping values: Over 80 dB up to 100 MHz and even in the frequency range up to 2.5 GHz typically at least 50 dB. A triangular spring encloses the cable's braided screen. The design of the spring precludes its getting caught in the braiding should there be any stripping.
