PFLITSCH Automobile Trunking - the solution for demanding requirements
The PFLITSCH Automobile Trunking is the heavy-duty variant of the proven Industrial Trunking designed for the demanding requirements of the automotive industry, and complies with the in-house standards of numerous manufacturers. It is manufactured with an increased sheet thickness of 2 mm and is used primarily as a passable floor duct. It withstands load resistances of up to 1,200 N. Channelled sheet covering is available for floor installation, offering increased skid resistance. As standard, the trunking is 100 mm high, with the result that a step dimension of 200 mm is not exceeded with 90 mm supports and channelled sheet covering. Seven widths are available, from 100 mm to 600 mm. Trunkings with separating webs enable EMC-friendly separation of power, control and data cables. The integration of the PIK Trunking is also possible. The vertical trunking can be infinitely adjusted between 90° and 270° using variable couplers. The PFLITSCH planning and customisation service and the selected fastening technology simplify the installation of the user's specific trunking systems and lead to high cost transparency.
