The new, revolutionary Torque range of rare earth, brushless servo motors is base on a novel, multi polar magnetic design, resulting in a high torque, ultra short servo motor particularly suitable for direct drive applications.

The Ultract T motor is mechanically compatible (flange and shaft) with equivalent torque servo motors but the overall lenght and mass is about 1/3rd of that required with a conventional design.

The shaft and front flange are particularly accurate and robust for direct load coupling. The motors are IP 65 protected (except the shaft) and are supplied with MS connectors.

Ultract T

The lamination free winding is shielded and double isolated fot EMC control; the winding capacitance is not coupled to the frame.

Built-in feedback sensor choice:

- Multiturn, absolute magnetic encoder with 17 bit resolution + 4096 turns with serial ENDAT interface
- resolver for low cost and basic performance applications.

ENDAT based units are supplied with electronic nameplate for auto setting with all Phase Motion Control drives. The thermal sensing system is based on 3 PTCs for protection and a KTY 85 linear sensor for thermal monitoring.
