The AQUILA 532 was developed as a frequency-doubled laser, based on our tried and tested AQUILA laser system. This laser has an output power of 20 W in pulsed mode and is perfectly suited to material processing.
The AQUILA 532 nm forms a symbiosis between our LEO precision lasers and the AQUILA high-power laser. The recently developed laser reaches an extremely high processing speed with a high degree of precision.
These outstanding features, together with a wave length of 532 nm, open up new application opportunities - materials that cannot be treated with a wave length of 1064 nm can now be processed.
The AQUILA 532 thus excels in the processing of special plastics such as black PMMA and red plastics, as well as the marking of silicon. Its high power rating also enables it to mark and engrave copper.
