The 300-0600-00 series of Thermo-Electrically Cooled, (TEC), red and infrared laser diode modules offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and significantly increased laser diode lifetime.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as machine vision, alignment, industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, the TEC laser modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The laser module produces a circular output beam and output powers of 0.9mW to 32mW at 635nm, 25mW at 690nm, 55mW at 785nm and 24mW to 120mW at 830nm.

We can fit almost any laser diode in a 9mm or 5.6mm package into our TEC laser modules. If you need a wavelength or power that we do not offer as standard, please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
