The electronic components convert signals and send them to the pressure regulator on pump modules, which are mounted as close as possible to the functions they are dedicated for. This decentralized installation avoids flow losses due to long vacuum or blow hoses.

With remote touch screen terminals, the machine operator can easily fine-adjust every single vacuum and blow pump from the energy consumption point of view when setting the value for vacuum or blow capacity. The settings for different types of paper or for different print jobs can easily be stored and uploaded, whenever needed. This opportunity to run the pumps totally optimised to the need of the actual print job leads to a minimum consumption of compressed air and finally to a minimum use of energy
