- Base with monolithic structure particulary rigid and accessible. - Vertical axis rotary table with 12 stations, Hirth toothed ring blocking system using a geared wheel, driven by a Brushless motor and precision epicycloidal gears revolving speed : 0,4 sec. complete cycle (disengagement, revolving, blocking): 0,8 sec. - 21 Operating units : • 14 Drilling units type U.F.E. 125, cone ISO 40, 125 mm. spindle stroke and 100 mm. diameter tailstock sleeve. Progressing made by a recirculating screw with precision balls driven by a Brushless motor. It is possible a continuos variation of the approach speed for each setting, in order to obtain : fast approach stroke / slow approach stroke / very slow approach stroke / fast return. 2 of these units are movable for drilling out of centre. • 7 Drilling / Tapping units type U.F.M.E. 125, cone ISO 40, 125 mm. spindle stroke and 100 mm. diameter tailstock sleeve. Progressing made by a recirculating screw with precision balls driven by a Brushless motor. Spindle driven by a Brushless motor. Due to the interpolation of the two axles, it is possible to machine any kind of threads. 3 of these units are movable for drilling out of centre.
