The Mirror tilting systems of PSH series is a fast triple actuator tilting platform for mirrors and other components of up to 50 mm. It supports different tilting angles with plus/minus tilting, kHz resonant frequency, sub-µrad resolution, z-axis piston movement, position feedback sensor. It is tested in space applications and can be combined along with different translation systems. The PSH series of ultra-fast mirror mount tilting systems is comprised of a variety of elements that are ideal for high speed scanning and mirror shifting. Faster Movement of the mirror along with other components make the device ideal for many applications such as - high speed scanning, eye tracking, laser beam steering, etc. The primary features of the mirror mount tilting systems are - high resonant frequency in kHz range, unlimited resolution in the sub-nm range and so on. The systems of PSH series that are used for precise positioning of heavy components run on the principle of preloaded direct driven actuators.
