GRAVITATION:
The band saw arm is lifted manually, the feed occurs by own gravity of the arm while a continuous control by means of the oil damper throttle valve is possible.

Enormous saving of material as compared to outdated frame or circular saws. The kerf thickness is only 1.1 mm, the perpendicularity of the cut 0.1 mm and the incomparable cutting speed (up to twenty times higher) ensure fast return of investment.

High infinitely variable cutting range under the angle of 65° on the right and 45° on the left when the position of clamped material is constant.

The sturdy cast-iron frame and the entire concept of the machine ensure long life and accuracy of cut.

The industrial saw blade, size 27×0.9×2600 mm, is manufactured in a number of quality ranges so that all sorts of material may be cut.

The professional European worm gear motor enables to switch over between two saw

blade speeds, 40 or 80 m/min.

Automatic saw blade feed to the cutting position via an oil damper. The saw blade stops when the cut is completed. The saw head is lifted manually.

The three-side hard metal guide ensures the accurate saw blade guide.

Regulation of cutting emulsion supply. A tank with a high-duty European pump is installed in the machine base.

Fine regulation of saw blade feed speed to the cutting position. The sturdy base ensures a smooth run of the machine.
