Bandsaw ARG 640 S.A.F. - Double column hydraulic semi-automatic machine with linear guidance. Maximum cutting diameter is 640 mm, flat material up to 1.100mm width. Sturdy construction of the machine with circular double column design band saw arm guiding. The arm moves on a linear guidance. Gradual cut angles setting of 60° while the position of clamped material is maintained. Machine is equipped in basic version with following accessories: frequency changer which provides speed setting for the band saw in the range from 15-90 m/min. double-sided automatic band saw pressure regulation into the cut according to the characteristics of cut materials vice pressure regulation according to the characteristics of cut materials hydraulic movement of saw blade guide (while setting the diameter of sawn material) electrically powered cleaning band saw blade brush spray gun hydraulic saw blade straining from centrally controled panel automatic chip displacement thanks to worm chip conveyer.
Machine can be fitted either with band saw blade 41x1,3 mm, powered with 5 kW engine which is suitable for cutting of profile materials or with larger blade 54x1,6 mm, powered with 7,5 kW engine ideal for industrial cutting of full materials. Band saw blade is at an angle of 5° against the surface of the vice.
