The whole cutting cycle clamping the work piece, switching-on the saw band, cutting, saw blade stop, raising the arm to the initial (adjustable) position, opening the vice - takes place after depressing a single switch. This, in connection with a hydraulic feed, substantially increases the cutting productivity, especially in full materials. Individual control of all functions. Manual work piece feed. S.A.F. versions are equipped with stronger and frequency changers, which provides for an optimum speed control of the saw band between 20 and 90 m/min. The optimum setting of the saw band speed improves the machine productivity, the accuracy of cutting and the saw band life. A vice pressure control device is also included in the standard version equipment.

ARG 500 PLUS S.A.F. machine with the most advanced conception in regards to band saw arm and the whole machine as such, is allowing cutting of large profiles even under an angle. The range of cutting angle is 60° right and 60° left. The complex sturdy construction of the machine guarantees precise cuts in large cross-sections . It offers a long durability of band saw blades. Each machine is equipped with frequency changer which provides speed setting for the band saw in the range from 20-90 m/min. and with vice pressure regulation. Band saws are ideal for the heavy industries and nonstop production lines in these there is a demand for cutting of large material cross-sections . Band saw blade is at an angle of 3° against the surface of the vice.
