• Low speed granulator to reduce dust and noise generation • Easy inspection and cleaning • Robust construction for high reliability SL series grinders are designed for technical moulding application and in particular for immediate recovering of sprues and runners. The slow speed configuration, with a rotating speed of just 25 RPM, minimizes the dust, heat and noise generation. The resulting grinded material has a high quality, with a regular and consistent shape. The machine reliability is guaranteed by a robust mechanical construction, that includes an anti-stress shaft rotation transmission and by a magnetic trap integrated in the feed hopper, to ensure that no metal parts can reach the cutting chamber. The operation of inspection and cleaning are easy and quick and the operator can easily reach the rotor by opening the feed hopper.
