Specially designed for filling of all liquid and semi-liquid cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, hair-dye, shower gel, bubble bath, liquid soap, milk, suntan milk, lotions, deodorant, roll-on, perfumes, etc), FLEXO is extremely easy to use thanks to mass flowmeters linked to a servodrive for the up/down motion of the nozzles.

- simple, in-line filling system with no moving mechanical parts
- bottom-up filling of the bottles with variable up/down speed of the nozzles and programmable according to the shape and contour of the bottles to be filled
- increased speeds thanks to the continuous injection filling system (no pump suction cycle)

- standard cleaning in place (CIP) and standard sterilization in place (SIP)
- programmable cleaning speed according to the products (quality of the cleaning is optimized and the cleaning times reduced)
- option of installing 2 filling circuits in parallel, with cleaning in place (CIP) for one circuit while the 2nd circuit is filling and vice versa
- quick format changeovers without tools
- stainless steel guards with "balcony" design for optimized prophylaxis.

PKB deliberately chose standard mass flowmeters instead of electromagnetic flowmeters to avoid the issue of certain non-conductive products and the constraints of very precise pressure regulation in the feeder tank.
