Electrodes and nozzles play an important role in the plasma gun assembly, as the electric arc is generated between them. PLANSEE is a leading producer of tungsten/copper parts. Based on our experience, we offer the complete product range of electrodes and nozzles for all known plasma spray guns. Due to back-casting with copper, a special material joining process at PLANSEE, electrodes and nozzles perform better during operation than e.g. brazed components. Our production program includes electrodes and nozzles for certain gun types available with or without the corresponding O-rings.
