PLANSEE
Ta ribbon In order to enable a stable connection between the MY-ESS-ribbon and the W-filament or W-electrode various welding aids are used. PLANSEE recommends the application of Ta or plantinized Mo welding aids.
Advantages:
* Ta: highest purity
* Mo platinized: very constant thickness of the platinum layer with tolerances of +/-0.2mm due to electrolytical coating
Versions:
Wires:
* Ta wires with diameters from 0.2 to 0.6 mm (standard dimensions directly ex stock via PLANSEE EXPRESS)
* Platinized Mo wires with diameters from 0.2 to 0.6 mm with a thickness of platinum of 1 or 0.6mm
Ribbons:
* Ta-ribbon with a tickness as of 0.01 mm und width as of 1 mm
* Platinized Mo ribbons with a thickness of 0.02 to 0.05 mm, width from 1 to 2 mm and thickness of platinum from 1 or 0.6mm
* Standard dimensions:
0.02 x 1 mm
0.02 x 2 mm
0.03 x 1 mm
0.03 x 1.5 mm
Forms of delivery:
* Wires and ribbons on spools (minimum length of the ribbon 100m)
