The Instawrap is a unique full enclosure shrink wrapper that allows you to shrinkwrap your regular & oversized products while maintaining a retail package appearance. The Instawrap uses two rolls of film to make the package, which decreases your film changeover time by half compared to your typical shrink wrapper. By using two rolls of film and doing the side sealing film prior to the cross seal, we never let go of the film, allowing you to run at greater speeds than comparable shrink wrappers that have to stop and start to make the side seals after the cross seal has been made. The Instawrap matches up with our SZ / DZ series of shrink tunnels depending on product size and desired operating speed. It is ideal for mattress, outdoor & ready to assemble furniture, foam, stacks of corrugated boxes (pizza boxes), etc.
