The outomatlc SC 200 side seal machine has been designed to wrap oil types of
products, regardless of length, with shrink, and non shrink films, at production speeds
up to 85 cycles/mln. This versatile machine, with simple and automatic adjustments
lor rapid changeover achieves high total production rates, even with trequent size
changes.
Side sealed packs eliminate seals over the top or bottom of the packoge. allowing
an unobstructed view ot the product and /or graphics.
BASIC EQUIPMENT
• Automatic in-line conveyor belt feeding system with product separation & alignment
and manual conveyor width guides.
• Motorized 90° film reel support positioned at waist level (ease of film loading), with
adjustable mechanical perforation and end-of-film detection.
• Motorized film inverter height control.
• Product detection photocells (horizontal and vertical).
• Side seal formed by LOW MAINTENANCE heated rollers with temperature control.
• Side seal head adjustment for high products.
• Automatic film scrap wheel with easy access. Rim distribution device and film break
detection.
• 5" touch screen industrial PC control, for up to 100 different product format memory
and operation diagnosis.
• Three pneumatic opening settings at the cross seal (N models) and infinite
height adjustments via a servo driven motor. (S models).
• Motorized adjustment of the cross seal opening and closing, via the touch screen, with
sealing jaw safety system.
• "Kissing" conveyor belts for wrapping small or unstable products. (Opt. on N modeb).
