There is only on cable from the PA CNC system to the PA SDI-Drive™ and only one cable from one drive to the other, which makes wireing as easy as possible and reduces wireing failures to a minimum. High flexibility is provided by the availability of all conventional feedback systems.
The communication is made by the PA SDI-Bus™. This high-speed interface enables fast and jitter-free communication between the PA SDI-Drive™ and the PA CNC system.
The PA SDI-Drive Maxi™ is an AC servo drive for CNC applications from the medium to the high power range. The PA SDI-Drive Maxi™ features 4 different models. The MA310™ features 3 axes with a rated current of 10 amps each. The MA215™ features 2 axes, 1 with 10 amps and the other with 15 amps rated current. The MA315™ features 3 axes, 2 with 10 amps and 1 with 15 amps rated current. The MA120™ features 1 axes with 20 amps rated current.
