Among the many diverse custom optical coatings, components
and assemblies that PPC offers are diode-pumped Nd:YAG
resonator mirrors, 50/50 non-polarizing beamsplitters, laser mirrors
and thin-film polarizing beamsplitters.

For all the optical components we
provide, we use only ion-beam-sputtered
(IBS) coatings because our IBS coatings are
significantly more dense, durable, and rugged
than conventional coatings. The IBS coating
process is both accurate and repeatable, resulting
in precision coatings that are easy to
clean, chemically resistant and insensitive to
moisture and other environmental factors.

These are just some of the types of coatings that PPC
does every day on in-house and customer-supplied substrates.
High-energy ion-beam-sputtered thin films that are
accurate, durable and environmentally stable are our forté,
and we can turn around parts in as little as 48 hours!
