The presses are particularly suitable for using great precision moulds and pitch moulds, to realise difficult particulars.
The production range provides presses starting from 63 to 1000 tons, with one, two and four connecting rods.
Thanks to the sophisticated calculation systems, our machines have been studied in the minimum details, checking the correct dimension of the different mechanical components with the finite element method.
This allowed to obtain presses characterized by a high rigidity structure and a total reliability.
Particular attention has been paid in proposing simple and protected machines in the using, taking care above all mostly for the following points:

Product safety: several analyses have been made in order to assure the safety of the presses in compliance with the accident prevention norms.
Automatic unlock adjustable device: very quick intervention speed (15-20 ms). This characteristic protects the life of the press and of the mould.
Front and rear protection barriers: they are made of aluminium profiles and of lexan panel which permit a complete visibility for the work zone. These barriers are moved vertically with pneumatic cylinders and are equipped with safety rims: during the descent, in case they would come into contact with the operator or with any other obstacle, after having put a pressure of some kilograms on the obstacle, they stop immediately their stroke and return to P.M.S.. The closing is checked by micro switches.
