The Spooling produces Rubber Thread on Spools, starting from the ribbons manufactured by the plants. Thanks to the "Active System" to regulate the manufacturing parameters and equipped with the electronic control / manufacturing receipts data base, the "Spooling by P.E." are flexible, highly performant and have an high productivity.
The "Packing by P.E." boxes the rubber thread ribbons in carton boxes of chosen dimension and weight.
When combined with the "Splitting by P.E.", you have the "Integrated Splitting by P.E." that all at once allows to:
- produce Special Rubber Thread Ribbons, finished ribbons with a number of threads between 2 and 40 threads per ribbon
- pack these Special Ribbons
