Production Manager/02 provides very low cost Web-enabled reporting and real-time manufacturing intelligence from all types of production equipment, even those that do not offer external data communications. Windows software communicates with MDT-02 Machine Data Transducers, one connected to each production machine. By monitoring the electrical signals that operate the machine, the MDT automatically collects production, productivity, run time, down time and reject data. The OEE Reporter module professional displays machine status, production rates, cycle times and OEE calculations by machine and department, and sends e-mail alerts when performance targets aren't being met.
