Production Process
With ProductionACE's Visual Job Queue you can schedule and track job completion on each production machine. Projected delivery dates are accurate because they are calculated based on shift production schedule, planned maintenance schedule, machine change-over/setup time, machine or product-specific efficiency factors and performance of the current running job. Users can easily run "what if" tests to gauge impact of changes instantly because the system will alarm if the Job won't meet its scheduled date, for any reason, such as if the machine is scheduled for another Job, or if the tool is running or is scheduled on another machine. The Queue can be loaded manually or from a direct connection to an ERP system.
